Peal the membrane off the underside of ribs before seasoning.

The membrane on the underside of the ribs gets very tough when cooked. After pealing this membrane off, season the ribs with a rub and rub it in on both sides. For real BBQ ribs smoke the ribs with a SmokePistol® for about 3-5 hours and baste them for the last 1-3 hours.
